    Working from written website brief, or through an initial consultation, we gather key information and gain and understanding of the key business drivers to enable us to develop a proposal.
  2. Proposal & Indicative Costing
    We present a written proposal  outlining the indicative project costs for your consideration.  Depending on the scale and scope of the project, we may breakdown the project into various project stages and present a variety of additional options.
  3. Agreement in Principle
    On acceptance of the proposal, we sign an agreement for the development of full project plan.
  4. Discovery & Project Plan
    At this point we start to dive into the detail of the project and the website solution. Here we begin to define the finer details of website functionality, developing page plans and page template layouts.  We also provide expert advice and insight into how you can create amazing user experiences and drive business results.
  5. Final Agreement & Project Initiation
    On acceptance of the detailed project plan, we sign an agreement based on the completed scope of the website.

Content & Asset Development/Gathering

  1. Text
    Ordinarily the client will supply us with the written content for the website homepage, landing pages and other areas of the website.  Where required, we can offer copywriting services to create and tweak website content.
  2. Imagery
    Where the client has high-quality photographic assets, we will build these into the website designs and galleries.  We can provide image editing services, tock photography and can even commission original photography where required.
  3. Data Importation
    Where the client wishes to use content from an old or existing website ir database, we can import this information and use it in the new website.

Website Layouts and Design Approval

With the website written content and key data supplied, we begin laying up the content is the webpage template designs for final client approval before the development process gets under way.   At this point the client will be given access to an annotated page designs showing how the pages will appear online with detailed notes showing exactly how the website will function.

Website Development

  1. Website Coding
    Once the final designs and functionality have been signed off, the development process begins. We start by slicing and coding your website designs, to convert them into fully functional, responsive mobile-friendly webpage templates.  We add the written content, images and other assets and ingrate the working functionality.
  2. Website Staging
    We host the working version of the website on a private staging server where it isn’t publicly available.  This enables you can review our progress and make any tweaks as required.
  3. Browser & Mobile Device Testing
    We test the website across the full range of the most commonly used website browsers and mobile devices to ensure a clean and consistent user experience for your website visitors using a range of testing and auditing tools.

User Acceptance Testing & Website Go Live

  1. User Acceptance Testing
    Once the design and development and testing is complete we had the project over for user acceptance testing to ensure that you’re completely happy with the website before go live.  Further tweaks and changes can be made at this stage.
  2. Website Go Live
    Once you’ve completely happy with the website, we repoint your domain name to the new website and remove any restrictions and your new website goes live to the world.
